Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."
Matthew 19:14
We love kids, and believe that they should have a blast at church every single week - and at New Hope, we make that a priority.
Out of this love comes a desire to teach them about Jesus and present the gospel message in a way that they can grasp its significance and meaning. We also make it a priority to provide a physically and emotionally safe place for children. We do this by showing God's love and grace as children are led into a loving relationship with Jesus. And each and every week, we teach the value and importance of God's Word, the Bible, in a way that is relevant and understandable for kids of all ages.

Your First Visit
What to expect when visiting New Hope Kids for the first time.
Visit the New Hope Kids reception desk, and there we will meet your family, we'll check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room. Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following information:
Parent/Guardian Names
Child/children's Name(s)
Child/children's Birthday(s)
Home Address
Phone Number
Any special instructions such as allergies or special needs for your children.

Your child's safety.
Your child's safety is our top priority. In addition to having our own internal security team present every week, all of our New Hope Kids volunteers pass a detailed background check. We use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up, in addition to a system that enables us to reach you during a worship service if need be.
Weekly Check-In
Because we prioritize the safety of your child, we have a secure check-in system. Each week when visiting New Hope Kids, you'll visit the reception desk in the lobby outside of our main room. Here, one of our volunteers will ask for your name and your child's name, and will then check you into our system. We'll then print out a name tag for your child to wear, and you'll receive a tag as well with a security code on it. After the service is over, you'll return to the reception desk, return your tag with the security code, and we will check your child out of the system. This keeps someone from picking up your child that isn't supposed to.
Parent's Viewing Area
If you have a child that is an infant or toddler, we have an area in our Kids' lobby where you can come to check-in and view your child at any point.

We can't wait to meet and spend time with your kids, it's going to be a blast! I'm a native of Nashville, and for as long as I can remember I've had a heart and passion for taking care of children. It's my desire to equip your children with a love for Jesus and His Word, but to also come alongside you as parents with prayer, love, encouragement, and support - walking this journey together.
