WHAT IS

The Angel Tree?

Strengthening bonds, and supporting families.
The Angel Tree at New Hope (in partnership with Prison Fellowship), aims to strengthen the relationships between incarcerated parents and their children as well as share the Gospel story. When you sponsor a child, they are given a Christmas gift, the Gospel message, and a personal message of love on behalf of their incarcerated parent.

2.7 Million Children

Approximately 2.7 million children in America have an incarcerated parent. That's about one in every 28 children. Many of these children suffer heartache, loneliness, and shame. Through supporting Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree program, New Hope aims to provide incarcerated parents with a pathway for strengthening and restoring their relationships with their children and families.
