Tuesday Night Yoga at New Hope
The benefits of practicing yoga regularly are increased strength, improved flexibility, better balance and an overall sense of well being.
Yoga from a Christian perspective combines gentle yoga stretches and poses with breathing exercises and a guided Christian meditation. This co-ed class is tailored for all levels and abilities with an option of using a mat or a chair to practice. There is NO charge for the class. Taught by New Hope member and certified yoga teacher, Candi Eichstaedt. We meet in the Student Center. Come try it!
